Clear the cache, not the data, on the first attempt — clearing data wipes your login too. Reopen the app afterwards and give it a moment to rebuild.

This specific error is almost always resources rather than a bug. Two causes:
- Storage is full. Streaming sticks ship with very little space and fill up fast. Check free storage and uninstall anything you don't use — a couple of gigabytes free makes a real difference.
- Memory pressure. Close background apps. Older sticks in particular can't hold a big channel list and three other apps at once.

- Re-enter your login. And check the server URL starts with
http://, nothttps://— that one letter causes an enormous share of these. - Refresh the playlist from the app's menu rather than assuming it'll update itself.

Fix 5: rule out your internet provider
If the app works fine but nothing plays, test a stream on mobile data with Wi-Fi off. Working on 4G/5G but not broadband means your ISP is interfering, not the app. A DNS change or a VPN sorts it — see IPTV not working on your ISP.
A note on Smart TVs
If you're trying to run IPTV Smarters Pro on a Samsung or LG telly, that's your problem — the Smart TV version is no longer supported and won't work reliably however much you troubleshoot it. Use a native Smart TV app instead. On Firestick, Android and TV boxes, Smarters is fine.
