First check your server link. It must start with http:// — not https://. That one letter is the most common cause by far. Also make sure there are no extra spaces when you paste. If it still fails, contact our support team and we will check your details for you.

How much internet speed do I need for IPTV?

10 to 20 Mbps is the bare minimum for smooth streaming. Go higher if you want 4K, or if other people are using the same connection at the same time.

Should I use a VPN with IPTV?

It is not required, but it does help if your internet provider blocks streams. Without a VPN you may need to change your server URL occasionally. If you do use one, pick a server in your own country for the best speed and the lowest latency — do not connect to a far-away location.

Why do I need a paid IPTV player?

Paid players simply run better, and some devices really need one. On a Smart TV we strongly recommend a paid app because it runs far more smoothly. On Android, a TV box or a Firestick, our own XtremeHD player or IPTV Smarters Pro work well and are free.
