About

WizTV is a small UK-based IPTV service with one standard: the picture has to hold on match night, the price has to be the one you saw, and someone has to answer after you’ve paid. Everything else on this site follows from those three.

Where WizTV came from

We were customers first. We’d paid for services that looked brilliant in the demo and buckled at 3pm on the first Saturday. We’d watched a “£5 a month” price turn into £12 with a renewal nobody mentioned. We’d sent messages into support chats that never answered once the card had cleared. The pattern was so consistent that it became the plan: build the service we’d been trying to buy.

So WizTV runs the other way round. Capacity is sized for the busiest hour of the week, not the quietest. Protection against ISP blocks is built into the stream, because telling a customer to go and buy a VPN is passing the problem on. Every plan is one payment for the months you choose, with nothing stored and nothing renewing. And the WhatsApp chat you order in is the chat you get help in, seven days a week.

What we promise

A picture that holds

UK and Irish channels first, in their own list, with a Full HD and an HD copy of every busy channel for the nights your own connection is the limit. When a route gets blocked we move the stream, usually before you notice.

A price you can see

Every price is in pounds, on the page, before you pay. One payment for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, one to four screens, nothing added at checkout and nothing taken later. Our plans page has every number on one table.

A trial and a refund

Twenty-four hours of the full service on your own device, free, no card. Then a 14-day money-back guarantee on every plan. We’d rather you tested us than trusted us. The refund policy says exactly how it works.

A person who answers

Setup help, server changes, renewals and the awkward questions all go to the same WhatsApp chat, and a person replies. Most fixes take one message and a photo of the screen.

How we work

WizTV does not host or stream any content itself. Everything is delivered by third-party providers, and our job is the part you experience: the servers, the protection, the guide data, the apps and the support. We write our own setup guides from the questions that come through the chat, and we update them when a device or an app changes. Our terms, privacy policy and DMCA policy are written in plain English because you should be able to read them.

What we won’t do

Try it before you decide

The 1-month plan, inside the 14-day refund window, is the honest test: your telly, your broadband, a busy night. If it holds up, pick a plan and we keep the same login. If you have a question first, message us and a person will answer.
